DW hair and products are allowed to be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery if the product has not been worn, damaged, or removed from
the original packaging.
If a return is to be made, contact us via email including your order number, reason for return and product to be returned.

Once your order has been approved for return and we have received the product we will either credit your account used for the original payment or ship out the replacement product- whichever was stated in the original email.
DW is not responsible for shipping cost for returns or exchanges and there will be 10% restocking fee!! Original shipping and/ or package protection WILL NOT be refunded!
